Rules and Regulations

1. Package Tours:-

We Traveller’s Inn are tour organisors  take over all efforts to ensure that your stay and travel during tour would be comfortable & according to the schedule. However in case of any delay or changes which are beyond our control. Company is not at all responsible for illness, accident, death, theft & any similar injury to the passenger.

       In all the Destinations Traveller’s Inn Staff may require guest(s) to furnish a valid

       Photographic proofs of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the

       same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are

        recognized for this purpose viz. PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.

Cancellation: In case tourist wishes to cancel the tour, he/she should intimate to the company with the original receipts. Company will deduct cancellation charges on total cost as mentioned below and return the balance amount by cheque.

* Before 72 hours, 25% CANCELLATION CHARGES.
* Before 42 hours, 50% CANCELLATION CHARGES.
* Before 24 hours, No cancellation & No refund.
* We are not responsible for any theft or loss of luggage.
* Hotel can be changed subject to availability.
* Do not carry contraband items.

 2. Hotel Reservation:-

·        The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel. Ages of  

         Accompanying children must be between 1-12 years.

·       Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by

         The hotel. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon

         Check in.

·       Your credit card will charged the total cost above at time of purchase. Prices and

         Room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

·       The meal plan for your selected booking includes Room Only.

·       Failure to check into the hotel will attract the full cost of stay at the hotel being

         Charged to your credit card.

·       Changes or cancellation may result in fees from INR 300.00 up to full cost of your

         Stay as per below.

Cancellation:

   ·       Cancellations made Within 1 day(s) of check in date, full cost of stay

           shall be charged.

  ·       Cancellation: Cancellations between 1 day(s) to 2 day(s) of check in date,

          1st night room & taxes shall be charged.

·        Cancellations before 2 day(s) of check in date, a fee of INR 300.00 shall be charged.

·        Travellersinn shall not be responsible for any additional charges levied by the

           hotel other than the room charges.

·        The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount shown does not include charges

          for optional Services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or

          telephone calls). These will be    charged upon check-out.

·        Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity

          in Original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to

          avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this

          purpose viz. PAN Card,Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.

 3. Car Rental:-

 ·      The meter reading and timings are calculated from Traveller’s Inn Office.

        ·      Parking fees, Toll Tax and permit charges to be borne by the customer. All

                Interstate Tax  would be additional.

         ·      All additional charges be payable directly to driver by cash.

         ·      Driver’s overtime charges of Rs 150 will be charged extra if used between

                10 pm to  6 am.

         ·     Above rates are inclusive of taxes. On all the extra service tax will be extra.

         ·     In case of cancellation made within 24 hours and in case of no show, full cost

               of stay  Shall be charged.

         ·     For outstation per day minimum kilo meter depends on state wise

         ·     In all the Destinations Driver or Traveller’s Inn Staff may require guest(s) to

               furnish a Valid Photographic proofs of identity in original at the time of

               Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.

               The following documents  are  recognized for this purpose viz. PAN Card,

               Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
